Cost guide
How much does a house cleaning website cost?
In the public pricing pages we read, cleaning business sites ran from $697 one time to build fees plus $99 to $597 a month.
Updated October 25, 2026 · Websites for Owners
The short answer
Cleaning websites are sold two ways: a one-time build, or a build fee plus a monthly plan. The companies we checked publish one-time builds from $697 to $2,197, and monthly plans from $99 to $597 a month on top of a build fee. With us, there's no build fee or setup fee at all: a free sample first, then $99 a month if you keep it.
What drives the price
- How many kinds of cleaning. Regular, deep, move-out, vacation rental and office cleans each need their own explanation.
- Booking and quotes. A request form is standard. Instant quote calculators, recurring plan sign-ups and booking software cost more.
- Town pages. Some providers charge per service-area page. Others include them.
- Content and extras. Some monthly plans include blog articles, AI phone answering or chat. You pay for those whether you use them or not.
- Upkeep and edits. Check how many changes a month are included and what each extra one costs.
Published prices we read
These are prices each company showed on its own website when we read it on October 25, 2026. It's a small sample, not a market average, and the packages include very different amounts of work. Prices change, so check the source before you compare.
- Nexten Commerce (nextencommerce.com): One-time builds: $697 (5 pages), $1,397 (adds a second service line) and $2,197 (adds city pages and booking).
- GetCleaningWebsite (getcleaningwebsite.com): Managed plans from $117 a month up to $597 a month, plus a $647 one-time build fee invoiced after launch.
- Seven Rails Web Co. (sevenrailswebco.com): $997 plus $99 a month, $1,500 plus $149 a month, or from $2,500 plus $249 a month for multiple locations.

Costs that keep going after launch
- Domain name. Usually about $10 to $20 a year, paid to the domain company, in your name. On October 25, 2026, Porkbun listed a .com at $11.08 a year.
- Hosting and security. Some builders charge it separately every month. Others, like us, include it in the monthly price.
- Upkeep and edits. Someone has to keep the site working and change your hours, prices and photos. Ask whether that's included, capped or billed by the hour.
- Add-ons. Booking software, call tracking, review tools and chat widgets often carry their own monthly fees.
- Marketing and ads are separate. Google Ads, ongoing SEO campaigns and lead services are a different bill from the website, and no website price includes the ad spend itself.
What a site from us costs
We build a free sample site first, so you see the real thing before you spend anything. If you keep it, this is the whole price:
- Free sample site first. No card, no sales call.
- $0 setup fee.
- Starter is $99 a month once your site is live: hosting, upkeep, small edits by email, a Google Business Profile check and basic local search setup.
- Your first year: $0 + 12 × $99 = $1,188, plus your domain (about $10 to $20 a year, in your name).
- Month to month. Cancel any time, with no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel, your site goes down at the end of the month you paid for, your domain stays yours, and we archive your content so we can restore your site if you come back. We may use the archived build as a demo sample.
Starter doesn't include ads, ongoing SEO campaigns or booking software. Growth and Pro are coming soon and aren't for sale yet.
Questions to ask any web designer before you pay
- Whose name will the domain be registered in? It should be yours.
- How long is the contract, and is there a fee to leave early?
- What happens to the site, the domain and the content if I stop paying?
- What exactly does the monthly fee include, and what costs extra?
- Who writes the words and who supplies the photos?
- Will you only show facts I confirm, with no made-up reviews or badges?
